Furthermore the venue’s ability to provide technicians at disposal to operate machinery or to intervene in case of emergency (avoiding daily charges when venue keeps as emergency service) can be an important factor, saving us from having to arrange external back up solutions (at a fee)

Stage Design
Displays will be purchased from VERY different suppliers depending on type of need
Some companies can deliver at very short notice, others need time but focus on best quality, others again will give us the most flexible modules or the most specific structures to meet our needs.
Not all frames will be disposable: if so, imaging panels will be retained by clients (if requested) whilst for “rented” solutions, the costing will be reduced, despite of the delivery and “collection” service needed after usage. We can cater for either solutions and suppliers will vary also in accordance to your event’s own location.

From selecting the appropriate equipment for indoor photography (where the majority of photos are typically captured) to meticulous planning, our photographers often conduct pre-event site visits to ensure thorough preparation for the shoot.
Punctuality and pre-event meetings with organizers are standard practices on the day of the event.
We provide a comprehensive range of equipment as needed, including backdrops and specialized lighting.
Our photographers prioritize discretion and professionalism by employing techniques such as minimizing flash photography during routine group discussions to avoid disruption to our clients.
Upon request, we deliver discs and developed images within 24 hours of the shoot, with the option for expedited delivery based on specific requirements.
For real-time photography needs, our photographers collaborate closely with on-site editing teams to seamlessly integrate images into documents and PowerPoint presentations as the day progresses. Alternatively, clients have the option to handle editing in-house according to their preferences.
We accommodate short-notice arrangements and VIP services, as our photographers are experienced freelance professionals known for their reliability and high standards.

Some of our cameramen are not only top professionals with the right skills and knowledge of conference and banqueting shooting needs but also dear friends who often go out of their way to accommodate our fixed and often last-minute requirements.
Our cameramen are generally freelance and often serve as producers and editors within their own specialized companies. Similar to our photography services, they frequently conduct pre-event site visits to ensure thorough preparation for the shoot.
Punctuality and pre-event meetings with organizers are standard practices on the day of the event.
Each cameraman utilizes a different kit and adjusts their choice of camera/equipment based on your intended use for the end product. Whether the film will be used for TV advertising or other purposes, we provide full equipment supply tailored to the occasion, from backdrops to special lighting.
Our cameramen typically belong to the Guild of Television Cameramen and/or their local registered organizations. Many regularly freelance for esteemed employers such as BBC and ITV, boasting impressive references and flexibility. They are adept at working within our budgets when necessary, prioritizing the quality of service provided as their primary standard.
Cameramen shoot with DigiBeta or DV Cam Cameras, depending on your specific needs. They come equipped with a range of essential gear, including wide and long lenses, lighting equipment, sound microphones, and more.
We typically provide clients with discs of the films as requested. For unedited work, we can supply it within 24 hours of the shoot, with the option for expedited delivery. Edited work requires a longer timeframe, typically ranging from 1 to 3 days depending on the complexity of the editing required.
